We began brewing kombucha in January of 2016 because we really struggled to find a kombucha that balanced the sweetness and tartness of kombucha just right. In our opinion, other kombuchas were either too sweet or too vinegary. So we decided to brew our own to our own tastes. If you’ve brewed your own kombucha, you may know it’s easy to produce more than you can drink!
As we began sharing our kombucha with others, people asked us to make it available more consistently—thus, Bare Bucha was born.
We take great pride in keeping our “homebrew” mentality when it comes to flavor and quality. We hope you love our kombucha as much as we do. It’s truly a labor of passion for us and we think you’ll see that in the product.
